Individual Therapy for Women and Teens

Ongoing Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma, and Burnout

60 or 90 minute sessions, weekly, biweekly, or monthly — depending on what fits your needs and goals.

You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own. Therapy is a space to slow down, breathe, and focus on what’s going on beneath the surface.

I work with women who are dealing with anxiety, burnout, trauma, and the pressure to always be “enough.” Together, we’ll help you build clarity, confidence, and peace — in a way that honors your pace.

Ongoing individual therapy can create deep, lasting change, so you can finally feel like yourself again.

What to Expect

I offer 60 or 90 minute sessions on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis, depending on what feels right for your goals and needs. Therapy is a space that’s just for you: to slow down, process what’s weighing on you, and unravel the patterns that leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and insightful. I integrate evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help you heal from past experiences and feel more present and at ease in your life.

If you’re tired of overthinking everything, putting everyone else first, or feeling like you’re never doing enough, therapy can help you start to untangle those beliefs and feel like yourself again. Together, we can work toward more peace, confidence, and clarity.
