Therapy for Women

Individual Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma, and Burnout

55 or 80-minute sessions, weekly, biweekly, or monthly — depending on what fits your needs and goals.

Your mind never shuts off. You’ve reflected, Googled coping skills, maybe even been to therapy before. You have insight and awareness, but still feel stuck. You replay conversations, second-guess yourself, and hold yourself to impossibly high standards, yet somehow still feel like you’re not quite “good enough.” From the outside, you seem put together. Internally, you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or just tired of carrying it all. It’s exhausting.

At some point, it stops being about self-awareness… and starts being about actually feeling different. I work with women who are ready to stop overthinking everything and start feeling more calm, confident, and at ease in their own minds. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the anxiety and untangle the patterns that keep you stuck.

Ongoing individual therapy can create deep, lasting change, so you can finally feel like yourself again.

What to Expect

I offer 55 or 80 minute sessions on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis, depending on what feels right for your goals and needs. This isn’t just about managing symptoms. It’s about creating real, lasting shifts so you’re not stuck in the same cycles. You don’t have to keep doing this on your own. Therapy is a space that’s just for you: to slow down, process what’s weighing on you, and unravel the patterns that leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and insightful. I integrate evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help you heal from past experiences and feel more present and at ease in your life.

If you’re tired of overthinking everything, putting everyone else first, or feeling like you’re never doing enough, therapy can help you start to untangle those beliefs and feel like yourself again. Together, we can work toward more peace, confidence, and clarity.

Sessions are $150 for 55 minutes and $225 for 80 minutes. I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly, but many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits to make therapy more accessible. You can read more about how that works in this blog post.
