  • I’m based in Colorado Springs and offer virtual therapy to clients located anywhere in Colorado. Since sessions are held online, you can access support from the comfort of your home, office, or any private space. Occasionally, I offer walk & talk therapy for local clients.

  • I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. This allows our work together to stay more confidential, flexible, and tailored to your needs, without the restrictions insurance often places on treatment.

If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement. You can learn more about how to use your out-of-network benefits and why this option can be a valuable investment in your care in this blog post.

Please note: I’m not a Medicaid provider and, due to federal regulations, cannot offer services to Medicaid recipients.

  • A superbill is a detailed receipt. Depending on your out-of-network benefits, you can submit this document to your insurance provider, and you may receive partial reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to inquire about out-of-network benefits. I explain questions to ask your insurance provider in this blog post.

  • Pricing varies based on session length & format. My standard rates are as follows:

    • $130 for 60 minute sessions

    • $190 for 90 minute sessions

  • Standard sessions are 60 minutes. I also offer extended sessions of either 90 or 120 minutes.

  • Warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe in getting to the root of what's going on - not just managing symptoms.

  • I offer a limited number of reduced fee slots for clients who may need financial support. If cost is a barrier to getting started, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d be glad to talk more and see what might be possible.

  • Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. I’ll also ask questions to get a fuller picture of your experience and what’s been feeling difficult lately. You’re welcome to go at your own pace. There’s no pressure to share everything at once.

  • You can schedule a free consultation here. If we decide we’re a good fit, I’ll send you access to my secure client portal where you can schedule appointments, complete paperwork, and message me securely.

  • We’ll meet through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform (no special software needed). All you need is a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection. Many clients find that virtual sessions make therapy more accessible and flexible, especially when life gets busy.

  • For any missed sessions or late cancellations (cancelling less than 24 hours prior to the session start time), clients are subject to the full session fee. Please reach out at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your session time if you have a conflict.

  • I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Christian. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices. If faith is important to you, we can explore how it supports your healing and growth. If not, that’s completely okay. Regardless of your spiritual or religious background, therapy will always be guided by what feels most helpful and meaningful to you.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have certain types of health care coverage or who are not using certain types of health care coverage an estimate of their bill for health care items and services before those items or services are provided.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any health care items or services upon request or when scheduling such items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • If you schedule a health care item or service at least 3 business days in advance, make sure your health care provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 1 business day after scheduling. If you schedule a health care item or service at least 10 business days in advance, make sure your health care provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 3 business days after scheduling. You can also ask any health care provider or facility for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you do, make sure the health care provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 3 business days after you ask. Please keep a copy for your records.

  • If you are billed for $400 more than the Good Faith Estimate (GFE), you have the right to dispute the bill.
