Hi, I’m Michaela Zoppa, MA, LPC

I work with women who feel like no matter how much they do, it’s never enough. They’re tired of constantly holding everything together. But there is a way forward, and I’m here to help you get there.

My approach is relational, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, and together, we’ll work toward a version of you that feels more calm, confident, and connected to what really matters. I use trauma-informed approaches like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help get to the root of the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, not just manage the symptoms on the surface.

I’m not here to give you a checklist of things to fix. I’m here to help you ease the pressure, find balance, and remember this truth: you are already worthy. In therapy, we’ll create a space where you can breathe, build peace, and begin to feel more like you again—grounded, confident, and calm.
